4.8 wont start on first turn

If it's the Fuel Pressure Regulator, and it's like my old 4.8, its on the driver side off the fuel rail. Has a vaccum tube goin into the top of it. The part is only $5-$10. Start with the cheap fixes like this.

Wowww. I remember mine being in the single digits. But maybe cuz its a diff year. Idk.
