He's fine, he's just probably bored and lonely and wants to get a rise out of us, if no one else replies below my reply, it'll just go away,

i guess everyone's entitled to their opinion,

Allen with your words very so often to the people joining that this site is a little slow. There are not but what a little over 300 member and some of them have not posted. Yes it is slow" in my opion" but questions get answer and there is not a lot of the BS on here.

why would anyone come to this site for technical info when you can go to LS1TECH.COM and actually get answers. i've never seen more than 2 people on this site at one time. if you post a technical question it usually takes 2 days to get an answer, and even then it's usually vague and totally ignorant.
Well, hrm...maybe b/c I know more than 80% of the fuckers on that site do anyway?

It isn't too often I post up asking something technical. Usually questions about if a part is worth a crap or not.

About the only thing I don't understand is hard-core tuning and super indepth engine building...rod ratios, undersquare vs oversquare, degreeing a cam, stuff like that. What ratio is better, undersquare makes torque easier, etc.

That stuff is what very experienced builders and tuners know. I know what combos work best together typically in different applications. I like to build my own stuff too so what happens I can usually fix. Can you install your own parts? Rebuild a top end? Can you explain how a torque converter works to a layman? I can.

If ya know your shit so well, why do you need to ask questions here or anyplace else?

I don't try to be a dick, but sometimes it is needed.
