    Is this the one with low or no boost issues? Was that resolved?

    oh no, lol, that is a tvs2300 and on a denali. we got that fixed, bypass valve opening.

    making 12psi now.

    Whats the difference between this and the plastic unit? how much psi would this TVS would make in my 5.3 bud? Its a magnacharger right? What else would I need to have it working on my truck?

    There is no plastic unit that I know of.
    This unit should make more boost than that 5.3L can handle, I haven't personally tried it on a stock 5.3L, but 12psi should be no problem.
    I didn't go through the install with the parts I have, but every part came off the truck and what you see in the pics is included.
    the major parts are there, xchanger, charger, coolant tank, water epump, bracket, so anything else would be minor, like clamps, hoses maybe.
