What FI do you have? I noticed turbo would spool slower when I hadn't installed my exhuast yet and it was just the downpipe. Installed exhuast and it spooled twice as fast. You might also be running too rich now with the meth and have to pull a little fuel.

Did you tune for methanol. It usually richens it up pretty well. What mixture are you using?

You'd be surprised how much cutouts hurt your get-up-and-go power. Close them and I bet you do better.

Yep if you have a well setup exhaust cut outs just make noise.

I have a supercharger on it. Full bolt-on. all it does is make noise, and it feels like when its closed it's faster. I figured it'd pick up some hp up top atleast. Sucks. It was dyno'd, and tuned for.

Opening the cutouts makes you lose back pressure and thats what causes you to lose bottom end. Back pressure is good to a certain point. Especially with a supercharger you should move off the line pretty quick.

true story. my truck lost 15 rwhp with the cut out open on the dyno and the mid range was also dog meat. You could def hear the difference with it closed and open, not just the noise but the motor wound out easier with the cutout closed. just a bunch of noise, sounds cool, but still just noise.

If you're not tuned for methanol, I'd recommend one of two options

1 - Run 100% distilled water, no meth
    or
2 - Tune for the meth. Pull some fuel and maybe add some timing
