i deal with fed ex, ups, and usps, everyday, these guys are not careful at all with packages, even ones that say fragile are all smashed, the reason they get so messed up is because no matter how many packages they have, if its 20 or 1 ,they get the same amount of time to get thier deliveries done. So make sure there is a ton of tape and bubble paper used everytime.

I was a facilities coordinator for a software company in a former life, so I had to deal with all of our shipping and receiving. I distinctly remember a particular incident during Christmas time when I had to drop off our company mail at the local P.O. The gentleman in the warehouse who took the mail from me was also sorting bulky boxed items into several large cargo bins. He would grab a box from the incoming packages bin, then proceed to hurl said box approximately 20-30 feet into the corresponding bin for delivery. I will never send anything I truly care about through the USPS. Good luck

Chances are if that man could throw a 43 lbs torque converter 20-30 feet I wouldn’t call him on it anyway

ok here’s were it ends. After contacting the seller and sending a pic of how the box came in, I was told by them to send it back (and by Silverado efishendos of this sit). Before I sent it back I told the seller I needed it by the 26th, He told me as long as I could show that I sent the badly pack tq back he would put another one in the mail that day. The 26th rolled around and at 5 pm I got a nock on the door from the friendly ups guy. Let me just say it was a night and day difference in the packing and condition of the box. so after installing the tq today and driving the truck (and locking and unlocking the tq around 100 times) the difference is amazing. Dollar for dollar this is the best upgrade I have done on my truck at this point and for 135$$ its amazing. I highly recommend it for people how are running a oem cam or nothing big
