how do you check to see if the STS oil pump is on hi or lo speed????

well im having issues with my brand new turbo thats only 1 month old, it always has oil on the lower part of the compressor housing. i was wondering how do you make sure the STS oil pump is on hi or low speed? right now i just have the positive to positive and the negative to negative. i do not have the pressure switch hooked up but its there, because i didnt get the harness for the buzzer system.

thats all very good information thanks , but i do not have the harness for the buzzer or the crankcase pressure switches or anything, just vented crankcase to atmosphere and have the main harness with only a positive and negative wire running to the oil pump . the pump is tapped in to the fuel pump so i really dont know what speed its on?
