    i need your opinions

I've finally got ahead on some bills and have been working a bunch of overtime so I think I'm gona go ahead ond order my trutrack and gears since I'm limping around on the pieced together stock stuff. I'm debating on going with a lower gear. I was gona just replace the rear set and be done but I've been thinking about swaping to a 4.30 or 4.56 gear front and rear. I drive this thing 90% city so anything I can do to help it pull its weight around town would be great. Right now with the 3.73s I turn 2000 at 70 I could deal with a few hundred more rpm. I'm running the stock size 265/70/16 tire and the mods in my sig. What do you guys think?

I think 4.56 will be too high for you. How about some 4.10s in both sets and call it good?

Well that's what I thought about to but this thing is 6000lbs and a slug when its 100 deg out and ac full blast lol. I think if I went lower than 4.10 I'd get like a 4.30 gear or something in that range.

Maybe I jest feel that way because I drive more highway. I couldn't handle more than 2200-2300 at 70.

I see what your saying. I'm not saying I don't do any hwy drivng but usualy I'm just driving to and from work and around town with speed limits of no more than 55. And right now lugging around 6000lbs with ac full blast and barely turning 1500rpm at 50mph sucks lol. Now my 82 ta turned 3700at 70 that was a little retarted that was way too much but I could handle 2200-2400. I need to find a rpm calculator and figure it up.
