I've rolled a little with some Army guys on deployments and some of my buddies here at homestation, but don't really train persay. I like it though and it seems like it may come in handy some day
I'm pretty excited bout it... My bro in law actually talke me into it... He has his 1st fight in September... Think I'm just gonna train and see how it goes from there depending on if I wanna try to fight competitively...

It is a fun thing to do for getting the basics of MMA, more. I did about 6-7 months of it at the place here in MD (ground control) and after that I was done. But learned a alot within that small amount of time.. Enjoy it man.![]()
