Spelling people

I have been a professional mechanic for 28 years now. Over the years I have been a Mitsubishi Master, Subaru Master, Lexus Master and ASE Master. I am only stating this to point out that I am not an idiot or second class citizen. Most of the planet thinks of us "Car People" as stupid. I always do my best to use proper spelling and grammar and very seldom swear. It is embarrassing to me as a mechanic to hear my fellow techs have to use the "F" word 3 to 4 times per sentence. Here are a few of my other gripes.
1. To-- I am going to the store.
2. Too-- I ate too much.
3. Two-- I ate two cheeseburgers.
4. teh It is "the"---not teh.
5. He borrowed me a wrench. No he didn't. You borrowed it--He loaned it.
6. Yous. The word "you" can be singular or plural. It never has an "s" on the end of it.
7. Pronounce your "T"s Example---Where is Mar in----Where is Martin.
8. Where-- Where are you going.
9. Wear-- Wear your new shirt.
10. Were-- You were in the shop.

Hopefully I did not make too many spelling mistakes in that rant.

I love this thread. In high school English my entire class would get the teacher off subject and rarely do any work. I had the same teacher through all of high school. Now I try harder but never can tell if my grammar is right. I can never remember trailor or trailer. Were where weather whether loss loose lose. I don't know. I need to go back to school I guess. Some times when someone types out a thread and never uses punctuation I just stop reading it and move on. I also hate with a passion idiots that use Z everywhere in a post. Interwebz.

I also hate the idiot internet Gangstas. Morons that think it is kewl to type that way. Usually idiot middle class white kids that keep a hat sideways on his head and swears he is "hard" and "Gangsta". He also Listens to nothing but garbage rap music.

I'll admit it too, I misuse several words on a regular basis. The proper usage of "then" and "than" always escapes me. I know I'm forgetting a few others too......

Good one. I'm laughing hysterically at this because I have a rap song on iTunes titled "get a real job". Part of the song goes like this:

Get a real job, rappin' don't pay da rent
I hit the studio cuz that's where all my money went

I have no problem with people who make a mistake here and there grammatically. I do however have a serious issue with people that use TERRIBLE punctuation and grammar.

the whether and weather confusion really gets to me. and dont forget apostrophe deletions.
were--past tense of 'are'--we were driving around town last night.
we're--contraction of 'we' and 'are' (present tense)---we are working on the truck.

these drive me nucking futs, were instead of we're, links instead of lengths...like come stupid, and breaks instead of brakes...... like moze was saying also sale and sell, and also when you lose something like a race, not loose,........im about to start getting mad
