i agree those are all good lowering kits ive had djm spindles for my s10 blazer and they didnt fit well for me...for the money but imo if you want the best over all ride you could use airride technologies kit the offer for your model truck. but thats just my 2 cents
going on 9 years with my djm and love it. sure i had to replace the ball joints eventually (one of them was bad and replaced both) but no real issues. i replaced the balljoints with some 99-03 ford f150s which some folks recommended to be better than the djm ones. havent noticed a difference but they were cheaper for sure.... happy djm user....![]()
Ok so, I went with the Belltech complete 4-6 kit. What I had not mentioned above is that I've already had the DJM kit on my truck for three years now. :/ enough said..
DJM is honestly not too bad of a kit for the price, if done right!!
After I installed the belltech kit, wow.. night and day difference. The kit was easy to install, and the street performance shocks are by far the best on the market..
I really appreciate everyone's responds.

Jon (dbrods) has the red sled on this site... He did some bars for me a bit over a year ago and outlasted my truck actually.. I won't put any drop kit on any vehicle I have from now on without consulting him first in any way. If you want it done right that's the man to talk to... Grandpa Jon can lead ya in the right direction that's for sure. Flat out. No BS..

I ran a DJM 4/6 with Doetsch Tech shocks on my 2000 Silverado for 10 years and never had one single problem with it. Handling and ride was great for a lowered truck, some people even said it rode better than there factory suspension.
