I've wondered about this one too, 111LSA would certainly give some impressive low end torque, but I'd worry about how much overlap a cam like that would have since they don't list the advertised durations. It's -6 at .050, but the overall overlap would be a bit more.

COMP offers a cam that's no-tune-required in 4.8 and 5.3, and another one for the 6.0. The smaller one is 206/212-115, s overlap at 50 is -21. Since COMP also offers a 206/212-112, which should be more torquey, but doesn't say it's no-tune in a 5.3, then I imagine that that tells us where the limit of stock 5.3 programming is. The 112 version has overlap at 50 of -15.
