    Putting the pully back on is the easy part, if you get a bolt from a z06 there about an inch longer.

    I used an impact rated at 900 lbs of torque to remove and instal crank bolts. To reinstal, put the pulley in a pot of boiling water for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then run outside with it while holding it with your mama's hot mits and slide under your truck and put it on the crank shaft. Then with the original crank pulley zap it on with the impact. Make sureit is fully seated. Remove old crank bolt and instal new 1. Be sure to torque it back. That is how I installed my underdrive pulley. Accept for my mom's hot mits. I used my wife's instead...lol
