    if u have factory bolts then i would use that method...

    those spec's are for the blocks that have 3 different length bolts. the Haynes manual that i have the 10 that hold the head are the same length, and then you have the 5 shorter ones at the top of the head. that's the way you need to tq the heads bc the newer blocks dont have 3 different sizes.

    yea i just got new bolts from gm(factory).....where can i find a torque specs/sequence for the 08'6.0 l92 heads??yea keniff i have the same ones 10 long ones 5 short to each head.

    i dont have tq specs for the Gen IV blocks, i just used the specs for the Gen III blocks. works perfect.

    also used the same sequence good luck, so you got ya a set of ls3 heads or the l92 truck heads? what intake you putting on top.

    bro you'll be fine, they are no different than torqueing any other head, i even used the howto to make sure i was correct when i installed my ls3 heads only difference i used ARP head bolts and this being the 3rd time i yielded 10% more torque.
    Simple: 408 on steroids!
