Vacuum leak at power brake booster nipple

I swapped a 2005 5.3 into my 1972 Jimmy. I have a leak causing a lean bank 1 DTC. The leak is at the nipple that goes in the push loc fitting at the rear of the intake. I bought a new nipple and that didn't help. I have tried everything I can think of short of epoxying the fitting in solid!!

If the pushloc fitting in the manifold is bad is it replceable or do you have to replace the intake?

    Please help!!

Did you replace the valve that connects to the intake from the booster?

I replaced the check valve at the brake booster but that is not where it is leaking. I replaced the nipple that is on the back of the intake held in by a pushloc style fitting (like used on air brakes/shocks/air ride). It is either leaking right at that nipple or maybe there is a crack where this attaches to the intake? I was hoping this was a simple common problem?

Here is where it is leaking circled. This is not my intake just a picture showing where the leak is.

I don't know how this could be installed any other way? The hose goes on the barb and the smooth section goes in the pushloc fitting!
