Danger is correct about it not throwing your cam timing off to much. .01 isn’t that big of a mill, if memory serves when I milled a toyota 5sfe head .040 it retarded the cam timing somewhere around 3.5 degrees as a + it pushed the power up a couple of 100 rpm on the toyota.
Sorry didn’t know were my head was at but realized after I signed off .01 is a huge mill and using .040 and 3.5 as a guide your cam timing is -8.75 degrees
