Soo I've been thinking and since I have a 4.8 ec even if I swap a 6.0 into it it won't be too fast. tHere's cam, gears,and exhaust SSS running mid 13s. I know the 4.8s can hold some boost but would it just be more productive to just slap on a 200 shot of the roids and call it done and wait till shuff starts breaking??

If you think you'll be satisfied with the 200shot, so be it. I personally would do the 6.0 swap, as it'd be able to handle alot more. I had the same issue with my 5.3 now. I couldn't put anything to the ground, and felt like i was maxing it out. That's when I turned to the 6.0 swap, because i know i'll end up throwing a 150shot on top of the s/c.

I wouldn't worry about the engine with a 200 shot, the transmission on the other hand...

for how long..I wouldn't use it every weekend but maybe once or twice a month

Once or twice a month is nothing, my friend goes through a bottle a week on average on his stock rotator camaro without problems. You're def. gonna want a wet shot though.
