wtf does this mean?! it wasent even BP's bop, yes there ceo is fail but the cap IS on there are just alot of valves on it, if there were not it would all just freeze up, they have to slowly close the valves and even then there still might be problems. so yes as of right now oil is still flowing into the oceanonly if BP would have listened this would have never happened
