if 4 wheel....Ford keys can safely give you about 2-2.5 inches, and you can do bigger blocks/addaleaf in rear

if 2 wheel...you can either do different spindle, different springs, or both and get 7"

its a 4 wheel drive. the ford torsion keys will fit my truck without modifcations, do they just bolt up and replace the stock ones. also which ford keys should i look for what year truck? thanks
