i am looking for a cam for my truck but i cant afford a new tune or converter till mid summer. can i just swap this cam in, or do i have to replace push rods and other things.

i ran this cam with z06 springs and stock pushrods ,,,im sure you can run on the stock valve springs for a little while...i ran the 212 cam on stock springs with no problems...BUMP
