    5.3L piston and rod assembly

hey folks, i have a spare 5.3L block that needs a new piston to get it going again, its a 2004 model,

i just need one piston and rod assembled with low milage. i'm going to replace the rings, but i already have those. . . so yeah

i would like to get one for free and just pay the shipping if at all possible, but i'll take a cheap one if ya have it.
