I beleive i found the problem! Truck is sitting lower on driver side 2 inches lower with 1/2 tank of gas. Looking at the truck the overloads on the leaf springs have different gaps.... there is no gap on the driver side where there is almost 1 1/2 on the passenger side

So why does my overload on the driverside think there's a load? This has obviously been a problem since I put the shackles on maybe even before that.

my truck sits the same way with 2'' shackles, from what i can tell, the front coil springs are about 200lbs too weak and the added weight of the gas tank and driver causes the driver's front coil spring to compress. So i got Belltech front coils and 2'' rear hangers.
