    I did mine to match my blue truck. I sanded them with a grey scotchbrite pad then dusted base coat around the edges. After that I used blender and mixed it 50/50 base coat/blender and sprayed the whole light with that until i got the desired darkness. Then I sprayed them with clear. Wet sanded them and recleared them then wet sanded again and buffed them. I did my third brake light also. I get more compliments on that alone than I do on the rest of the truck. It should take about a day to do them with dry time if you have a heated booth or an oven. If you have an oven let the clear dry till you can barely see a finger print on the surface you painted them on and not the light itself. Once they are dry to the touch put them in the oven for a few minutes at 120 degrees to finish.
