Very simple. Two channel amp won't fade front to rear anyway. Run one set of rca's with two speaker leads to the mid/high amp. Hook the rca's to the front output on the deck and use the speaker leads you ran to connect both right speakers to one and both left speakers to the other. I usually connect them using the aftermarket radio harness so you can leave the factory wiring alone and you know which speaker is which. Cap the speaker outputs from the radio. After you are done test it, balance left to right to make sure it is hooked up right. If you balance left and sound comes from the right, alternate the rca's left to right(easiest). For the sub, get a y-adapter and plug it into the sub output and run normal rca's so you can have sub control if you want it. If you don't care about sub control(it is nice to have) you can just use the rear outputs. Most mono amps still have a left and right input. Let me know if you need further assistance.
