Detroit truetrac is better IMO since you dont have to worry about burnign up the clutches I have an eaton and I love it. My buddy has a truetrac and it works seamlessly. Bad thing about an eaton is if you get in a situation where one tire has no traction if you dont have the 800# unit you stand a HUGE chance of frying the clutches. I see it all the time on pt.net
