    Ls2 6.0

Selling my project motor. Don't need to brake anymore parts than I allready do now. Wanting a boat in a year or so, so the projects for me all done. This is a LFA 6.0 engine with DOD and VVT out of an 08 Tahoe Hybrid. It is bascily an LS2. It has 18k when removed. Here is why it was replaced. It had a P0300 misfire and cylinder one. GM has a bulletin that involves these engines and states to pull #1 plug and if it's oily replace engine. NO Diagnosis. I got my manager to get with the zone engineer to find out what is causing the oil to get into that cylinder. He called back and said they were using a special #1 cam bearing made of lead base. Thinking it will last longer with the higher number of engine auto starts and stops. Well it wears out within 8k miles. You can not get the newer bearing made so they just wanted the engine to be place. All you need is a $20 number one cam bearing for any LS based engine and you done. This is the LS2 part number on the block. Any questions just ask. Has 58x reluctor. Have new valley, timing gaskets, 9 LS7 lifters(should have all 16 soon). $1000

The front is the easiest. Just pull cam, pull bearing, install bearing, and install in truck!
