    Seat cushion swap

My 04 Silverado's driver seat is not as firm as it used to be from getting in and out. I was thinking about buying a new seat cushion to replace it, but was wondering if I can just swap the seat cushion from the passenger seat to the drivers seat. Is this possible?

i have the same problem in my truck, its not as firm on the edge next to the door panel. im going to take it to get a new foam on the edge. i dont think you can swap them over due to the shape. if you swap them i guess they will be backwards

Same with mine. The fabric is fine, it's just the foam that worn. I think a new cushion is only around $50 from the dealership, so I'll probably go that route. Plus I didn't think about the passenger airbag sensor in the seat. Not sure if that's in the cushion or not.
