    Here is step one, I'll post more as it gets completed. Farmtruc thinks it's gonna be a cool truck so I decided I'd do this.
    Heres what it will be.
    2002 Chevy Silverado 1/2 Ton 5.3 Supercharged 4WD, Custom Dash, Dual Spares, HIDs, Fuel Cell, Mastercraft Seats, Autometer Gauges, 1 piece Fiberglass hood, 5 point harnesses, Full Race Cage, Custom True Dual 3" exhaust, Sweet Thunder Mufflers, PCI Radio, Currie Rearend, JL Kenwood RF Audio, Sparco Wheel and Pedals, Lowrance GPS, Wilwood Brakes, CRL Glass, Fresh Air breather system, Borla Headers, K&N Filter, 4.86 Gears, Dual Optima Batteries (ran in parallel), King Shocks and Bump Stops, 37" Baja`s on App Starburst Rims, and much more to come.
    Front Suspension: Billet/Chromoly A-Arms (Nickel Plated) 16" of travel
    Rear Suspension: Chromoly/Steel 4-Link 30" of travel
    Future Mods: 427 stroker engine

    i can't believe i missed this post, that is one awesome truck and that's the first time i've been exposed to bad ass setups like that, i've just always been on the track and not the dirt.

    well i do have a four wheeler, does that count, hahaha

    No problem. I should be getting some new pictures really soon. and i have plans to turn my 5.3 into a 420 stroker putting out 700rwhp!

    A-arms were done in C.A.D. The interior cage is complete and the upper J-arms are being milled out of billet. The cage was so nice people would stop, look, and drool in that order.
    Still no pics. I really don't want to make the 3 hour drive!

    So are you running a full tube frame? I have seen a few current generation Chevy frames fold in half after getting too much air.

    From the rear window back is tube frame. From the rear window up is hydra-formed dual channel frame with stiffing supports. HnM is making sure it is race ready.
