are the DDM's completely plug and play? cause i see they have a harness for something...

Yes, they are. You don't need that extra harness for our trucks.

Their customer service is garbage and so is their product. I had multiple issues including wrong bulb color sent, bad bulbs, and one bad ballast. After filing multiple reports (they require you to file a separate report for each malfunction), I was never sent shipping information or a shipping label. I gave up on them and spent the extra money to get amazing customer service and a product with no issues from Christian.
