    Fastest 4.8 ?

    alright iv been trouble finding info on all the sites as to who holds what when it comes to the 4.8's.Basically the top 3 im looking for are fastest boosted 4.8, fastest nitrous 4.8, and fastest NA 4.8. can someone set these in stone and for the record.... might be lookin into the NA 4.8 category

    Dont know. I got an 04 ext cab.
    Mine went a best of 14.4 with good air, weight reduction, k&N, longtubes, dual exhaust, descreened MAF,wheatley tune, 3.42s and an open diff, stock stall, stock trans, stock heads, stock cam.Averages 14.6 most of the time.This is run on 26" tires, it would only pull a 15.1 on tahoe 20s with no weight reduction and a more conservative tune.
    04 Silverado ext cab. 4.8, K&N, Pacesetter lt's, e cutout, slp loudmouths, Wheatley tune.

    mine ran 15.7 with bolt ons and no tune, that no tune bit is killing me and i spun at least 50ft. street tires are a no-no

    Well my pile went 13.9 w/ cam stall and 100shot..
    2006 extended cab, 6.0 swap, full bolt ons SOLD
    2011 ECSB, 6.2, 6 spd, 3.73, 5" lift, 33" nitto, limo tint, debadged, volant CAI, muffler delete, black bear tune 14.0 @ 98 on the 33'sSOLD
    2007 TBSS AWD, cam, stall, built trans, N2OSOLD
    2006 RCSB cammed LQ9, full exhaust, 3200 stall, 2-4 drop

    I've gone 13.8's stock internal in mine and have a friend that's gone 13.2 with a TR224. There have been several that're around 13.2 for n/a cammed 4.8's, don't know about FI.

    Just a 4.8.......

    Thats just proof of how big of a difference a live tune make over a mailorder like mine..

    well im the slowest 15.5

    04 ecsb 5.3- perfectly tuned by Nelson perfomance, Pacesetter longtubes, 100 shot n2o from NX, cold air intake.
    03 rcsb charbroiled (race truck eventually)

    as soon as i get gears im gonna run mine. feels very very strong tho. busted the tires loose at 80mph with just rained on roads. scared me a little goin that fast. ughh makes me want to order them right now! that low 11's in the valley cant be NA has to be spraying her or something.
