New Code Scanner and a Problem

Ok guys, i have been having issues for almost 8 months now. To start off with the truck is "stock" except for the exhaust and has a NP tune on it for 91/93 octane. I had a cam, headers, intake, e-fans, no-cats and took it all off, put a set of "used" cats back on it, and all back to stock. The first problem was the truck would "jerk" when it tried to shift from OD to third when light throttle was applied, so over the months Allen has re-tuned it two or three times to correct it, and I am so used to it now, i just use the tow/haul mode when i know its going to do it. Then about 5 months ago i put it to the floor to see what it had in it, and it started to break up (pop, sputter, ping) over 3500rpm. Lately it has had a "surge" at lights and such, like the AC clutch is stuck, but that all works fine. I noticed that Gas mileage has been way down and today the CEL pops on. So i was going to order PCM Scan from Palmer Performance, but their customer service has sucked, and i couldn't get past entering my name to buy the software, so i did some research on hand held scan tools that fit my budget, and strange enough ended up getting a "craftsman" brand (basically the name brand scanners with their name on it). Got it home, and it works awesome, it can do the basics like read and clear, but it has live data display, data logging, emissions and 02 tests, and all kinds of cool stuff. Below is some data logging i took. I got the PO160 code, bank 2 sensor 2, so i set the logger up and took some data, and i was at about 1500 rpm for most of the logging. Is sensor 2 BAD? or is the cat clogged?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

sounds like a bad o2 sensor, try swapping the two rear sensors and see if the dead sensor moves, if you switch them and it shows up in a different location, then you know it s a bad sensor

    Sounds like a good idea.

Its some software that came with the Craftsman OBDII scanner, its called OBDPC-link, its a pretty slick scanner for what i paid.

so you want to post up about how LANGUAGE your truck runs after you installed a set of used cats. Im willing to bet you remove those cats and run no cats or run brand new cats and the truck will be fixed

before you say the cats were fine, chances are you didtn throughly inspected them. Allen can only do so much with a truck that isnt running properly cause of parts installed

Wow... What is up with the attitude.

I have been running those cats for the last 20k miles, and I never said anything about Allen he is a great tuner, and the customer service has been awesome. All i wanted to do was show the pictures to see if someone had a guess, besides the cats if something else was wrong.

Try new plugs I have a turbo race car and when the plugs get fuel fouled it does that too. Under a load it will pop and break up ? new plugs 7500rpm all day at the track.

Will do, I basically have given up for now, i just got my first salary job, so i will be purchasing a new DD, and just starting to pimp out this ride. I have some new sensors on order, and i am going to run some seafoam through everything and do plugs and wires, and clean the MAF.
