do your homework, read some un biased reviews, i will look for the website i found a couple months ago before i bought tires. if you buy the goodyears you will replace them long before you would the buckshots, the brand molded into the tire dosnt mean much to me, dont think twice about running something you dont see every day. its only my opinion but i will never run another goodyear a/t or m/t, but if you can talk the guy down some on the goodyear m/t's its a sweet deal

thanks for all the help. If you dont mind me asking, why wont you buy goodyear anymore? The reviews for the buckshots are really good, the goodyears seem to have some problems, and the reviews say they wear really badly. That one wedsite is great, thanks for showing me that.

i just bought the avalanche in the picture and the dealer put goodyear fortera triple tread severe weather tires on it, they cost around $900 and SUCK on every thing except dry pavement, i have had the truck less than 6 months and the tires are starting to show wear bad, my silverado had goodyear wrangler a/t/s tires on it and they wore funny and fast, and they also sucked, i replaced them with uniroyal liberator a/t's and they were better in 5 min. than the wranglers were all day. dont get me wrong i had goodyear eagle#1 nascar edition tires on my beretta gtz and loved them, no matter what you threw at them they excelled and i would buy them again, but as far as truck tires go i will never buy goodyear tires unless they cost next to nothing. the name is all you are buying

On the reviews most of the goodyear ones say they wouldnt buy them again, i think i will go with the buckshots. one question is there a difference between the mudders and the mudders mtx, google gives me 2 different tires but the treads look the same, also the mtxs are cheaper, so i am just wondering.

if you buy brand new go to discount tire! they will bet any price on new tires. plus they have a 100% free replacement warranty that you can buy. That covers the tires if something happens while your tearing it up offroad.
