    Lightbulb 4L80E Pro Super Kit From TCI

    hello everybody

    i need to know how good or Bad is this kit , coz some body recommend it to me specially the one with the Part number (#278805 )

    its contain:
    rebuild kit that contains gaskets, seals, clutches, steels, forward bands, adjustable modulator, high volume filter and Trans-Scat valve body modifications, and even a drain plug kit

    What year 80e is it?

    Yeah, its a good little kit. I'd run it if that is what I had...

    But if it was me, I would go with the Trans-go HD3 with vacuum modulator setup.

    You rebuilding it AND doing a shift kit? If so, in addition to the HD3, I would also go with:

    -Alto Red Eagle Power Pack clutches and Kolene Steels with seven clutches and six steels--for the direct and forward drums and five for the intermediate
    -Raybestos Blue plate special; four overdrives and three overruns.
    -New 34 element sprag, new bushings, trust washers, shim kit, thrust bearings, and new injected molded pistons.
    -Carbon fiber rear band and Carbon fiber 1-1/4 front band. I only say to run the Carbon fiber of the Kevlar cause the Carbon fiber bands tend to stay and run cooler...
