    You could also do that and combine that with flushing the brakes. Once the fluid reservoir is empty and clean, fill with new fluid and bleed each brake caliper until you see clean fluid come out.

    Just have someone pump the brakes and loosen the bleeder on each caliper. flush the lines and all is well.

    even with a brake flush from a dealer, it will still go back to looking black. we do these at the shop and it always looks black after a little while. your best bet is cleaning the resevoir as good as you can and flush with a helper pumping, bleeding repeat.
