Name is Chris and I am fromt eh Jackson area (flora). Not sure what all to say here. I am big into cars and like to build them. I have had anything from a 9 second street legal mustang to a 8 second tube chassis chevy II. Right now I have a 69 camaro with a LS1, 75 bronco with a fuel injected 351w, and last I have a 85 C10 with a TPI motor.
The c10 is the reason I joined. I recently bought a 6.0 & 4l80e out of an escalade for it.cant wait!!

Lq9 isnt "ideal" for boost because of the high compression.

yea, i know. i may trade the LQ9 or build it later.
right now i am going to get it in and running. i have a SWB bed for the truck and lots of new parts. the goal is to have it with fresh paint, 6.0, and SWB by the end of the summer.

the truck was bought new by my grandfather in 84. i learned to drive in the truck when i was 14. he passed away in 1997 and gave it to me a year before he died. so the truck means alot to me. it is the only vehicle that i will not sell.
