    i like kicker, but i like the sound of a cvx or solo-classic over the sound of the L5 or an L7 solo-barics, my

    will be missed.....05 Silverado extended cab sportside
    99 tahoe: 5.7 stock for now
    08 cbr600rr: full yosh exhaust, power commander, timing retarder, 520 conversion with sprocket -1 +2 and k&n filter

    I don't mind the sound of the round Kicker's. I just never have heard a good L5 or L7. I'm waiting for someone to prove me wrong. We both know we've gone through this a hundred times. It's all in the install. It's just that 95% of people won't install them to their potential. No harm, no foul. Everyone has their opinions.

    well i used to run kicker before guys,from 2 10' cvr to 2 15' cvx.they were ok,,wasnt really impresed when a 250 watt 50.00 dollar wal mart amp pushed my 2 15s lol
    so i want to switch from kicker and ima try JL audio out now.

    anyways heres some pre fitment shots in my truck.fit pretty tight,btw that jl in there is a dummy lol

    Looks sweet. I would fiberglass it and color match with the dash. Vinyl to match the seats would be my second choice.

    Have not yet. We had quite a bit of older stock left so we getting it sold first. I am gonna get the new cvx for myself prolly this week. I'm getting that box that c-way is selling and gonna fit it in there. Gonna check the airspace and demisions and modify if need be. Kinda anxious to check them out

    I have been using JL and RF since the beginning no problems I just usually use RF due to the room constraint and if you want to do something easy and durable with the box just Line-X it will last forever and water proof it to![IMG] [/IMG]

    ever a/d/s aluminum subs, clean bass, i have 2 12's on a ppi amp, ive had tons of subs and for rock and metal nothing has come close to their sound quality and output
    procharger p1sc, nelson tune, 42# marine injectors, walbro 255, lt's, ory, 4" volant cat back, PerformaBuilt level 2 pro race trans, trans. cooler with e fan, 2500 stall, aem wideband, energy bushings, spohn perf. trailing and panhard rods, mb & gear alloy 22's ( ya 2 sets, im big ballin), ss brake lines, drilled & slotted rotors, bla bla bla bla bla bla bla,
    and ya it will beat a hemi.
