The Denali headlights have a pigtail connector that adapts your stock harness to the 9005 bulbs. They just plug in and work I have them on my truck. As for changing them to HIDs I would just get the correct bulb and sell your 9006 HIDs. BTW you will love the Denali OEM projectors, big upgrade over stock!
