    I thought there was an issue with the TAC reading the signal from the TB correctly.

    I think the fuel rail will work, but hoping someone would know. The rail that is made for this intake would be the returnless style. Maybe I can find out if the 2004 fuel rail is the same part number as the 2008. If so, the 2003 rail should fit on it.
