i was thinking about a mail-order from nelson but then i saw this and this guy is 30 mins from me was wondering if maybe alan himself has heard of this guy or any other michiganders had there trucks tuned by this guy and ive heard a in-person tune is better than mail-order this true?

Not have heard anything, but there are a few things about that:
A good live tune is better than a good mail order. But a bad live tune is worse than a good mail order tune.
