    Exclamation shift kit

    what do you guys think is better...a shift kit, or higher trans pressures with a tune, cause ive heard you cant have a shift kit and have a trans tune

    You probably can, but I've hear that turning up line pressure through a tune is not good for your solenoids.

    i have a servo and i was thinking about getting the shift kit...so you think that would be better...which shift kit is better b&m or transgo

    Everyone on here talks about transgo all the time, but I've been in trucks with b&m, and it works just fine.

    i have a transgo HD-2 its up to you on what you wanna buy.
    get a seperator plate bc your stock one is thin an is probably worn out.

    shift kit, servos, leave line pressure stock imo. im not a tuner..just going by what i was recommended

    i think they boosted my tranny pressure when the made my tune im not sure. but i saw the b&m shift kit at advanced auto parts on the shelf for $40...and ive seen the trans go online for like $140 thats why i was asking

    Go with the Trans-Go. They can be found for cheaper on Ebay. when installing shift kit, go with the softest shifting stuff. Drive it around and see if the shifts are too hard. If so, have your tuner back off shift pressures.
