need help with tune up

i no i posted something about this before but i cant find the thread. but once again my 05 silverado is in need of a tune up and im asking you guys help with the parts i need. im just wondering whats the best spark plugs,oil filter, and anything else i might need to change. i use to get 20 mpg but i dropped to barely getting 18 over time. she has 93xxx miles on her so i know shes not brand new. i do have a k&n intake and aftermarket exhaust. any help will be appreciated guys

NGK tr55 plugs.
I like mobile or castrol gtx on the oil and filter. Or just a reg fram. Also get a new air filter. K&N drop ins are nice because they are washable, and flow much better than the stocker. It also would not hurt to replace the spark plug wires. Stock replacements are fine, MSD are the best IMO aftermarket.
