So.....what are your goals or plans?
I was planning 420-440 on the rear wheels with the supercharger. What can be expected out of an LS1 supercharged?
at least that much. A good blower cam with a stockish idle is the GT2-3.
You can run whatever stall you want. Just keep in mind that if your low end is not up to par, which with a blower I bet it will be, And you have the 2500 stall, it might have a dead spot. If the stall is free, then get it, and upgrade later if you want.
I'll just move to a 3k then, i found the cam and springs on a website for 480 bucks, should i change my pushrods as well?
Always a good idea to change pushrods that have been in a motor for a while, Especially since you are going with a bigger cam. Better to eliminate variables now that could possibly cause you greef down the road. But on the other hand if they are fairly new, still in good condition, and the right length then it shouldn't be a prob.

AIGHT, cool. know i know what all to do to get this LS1 pushing. Might end up porting and polishing the heads as well add some HP there. LOL
Any thought on the GT7 cam. I found it on a 01 corvette with the Maggie supercharger. It said it only put down 410 on the tires though. All it had was cam, Maggie and intake tube.
Hold on there guys.. Are we talking 241 heads? The stock ls1 was 10.25:1 compression wasn't it? I suppose some bowl work might get it down there enough for some boost.
Also your cam should be different for a boosted setup. Most guys run at least a 117 LSA, like a stock LS6 cam. The supercharger will push intake air through the open valve if you have any overlap, such as the cam you mentioned with 114. there is an overlap calculator around here somewhere...
And the cam will run great even if you never get around to the supercharger

Well the GT7 and GT2-3 are both meant for supercharged engines. Those are the usual ones that get put in the LS1 or LS-6. I have 3 cams that cam with the engine when I bought it. First the stock one, second a LS6 cam, and third a LS2 cam. I rather put in a new cam and get more HP though.
