    Sounds like they are set up wrong so i dont think fluid will help and netiher will the cover.

    The gears are not set up correctly. My guess is pinion depth is incorrect. Tear it back down before you drive it much, or the noise will never go away, not even after setting it up correctly.

    +1. Download these installation instructions under "Technical Help." It will explain the wear patterns on the coast and drive side of the teeth.

    Did you put paint on the gears to see id you coast is right.
