Does anyone know what motor this VortecMAX is? Im looking at the specs and basically its an LQ9, as far as power goes? So does the denali, ss, and escalade come with something more powerful than these standard pickups? I mean what's the point of an SS when i can buy an '06 RCSB, and get the same results. Does this mean the 5.3 is done? I've been away at basic training and just read about VortecMAX and was hopin someone here could help out.

That MAX is only in Crew Cab and Extended Cab, not the Regular Cab.... I keep saying, "There goes the Neighborhood!!!" :flipoff:

Sorry, the only truck should be the VHO and SS....
