1st on your list is to save for a 6.0 or better. I took the 4.8 route, and unless your going FI not really worth going all out on it. Good platform to learn off of though.
im trying to just get a little speed nothing crazy... i want to stick with the 4.8 though any recomendations?
Headers, cam, intake, stall and a tune. You can also move that stuff over to a 6.0 if you get one later down the line.
Pacesetter makes affordable Long tubes. Dont get shorties. Cam choice depends on your needs. Intake... you can make one or buy one. and nelson for a great tune. The tune will make the biggest difference along with a cam.
