You could even throw a cut-out before the stock muffler if you wanted to be loud and get noticed.

+1 That's what I would do. Just put an electric cutout in front of your stock muffler

+1 Driving school works when it comes to preventing your insurance from going up after a ticket......I had three infractions on one ticket.
