and it only make the squeak when it idle gets rough

b/c it will be normal and no squeak and then the idle gets really rough and instantly the squeak comes

what could i do change oil weight or adjust tune to make idle less rough b/c tune was not changed after the headers. Can a a/f ratio adjustment make idle less rough?

I was saying to replace the bolts because I've seen lots of trucks with bolts broken off in the head. Usually towards the back on the passenger side, and its not from overtightening them. They've been installed from the factory never touched and usually gave up the ghost around 100k miles. This doesn't happen in texas? Maybe its the salt up here or something.

I have a set of obx style headers on the way. I ordered the Fel Pro ls1 gaskets and a set of stage 8 locking header bolts, from what I've heard this may be the answer to leaking headers, but have not had a chance to try them yet. Summit carries a combo kit that includes the Fel Pro's and the Stage 8's together. You might give them a try?!?
