im going to try and make my own n2o kit. is there such a thing as too big of a solonoid? the jets downsize it the same right..? i can get a big NX n2o noid now and setup now for a 150 and later add an extra small fuel cell and electric fuel pump and another noid. Which brand head/injector is good for a dry shot (placed in front of and aiming at the maf?

another question.... can you run it in a regular rubber line? how far from the nozzle can the solonoid be?

I would save your pennies and do it right. Otherwise make sure you have an extra $500 in your bank account for when your engine pops from a nitrous back fire, too much timing, or something else from cheaping out.
if you know what youre doing buildign your own n20 setup isnt a big deal. the problem lies is how well are you mechanically inclined? how good are you on troubleshooting things out? those questions can go on and on
all n20 kits are roughly the same, only a few manufactors selling NOIDs everyone just rebadges them as their kits. Besides the nozzles, jets and noids the rest is wiring and lines.
ive never personally ran a Dry n20 setup thru the maf, ive always done my n20 using fuel pressure and had good success doing this, Ive had a few customers with typical spraying thru maf and some of them are hit or miss depending on how they had the nozzle placed in referenced to maf on how acturate it worked.

im new to a dry kit. i understand the theory.. how are you taking timing out? i used the carbs, a wet kit with a 12v running to the msd is only way ive known...
isn't a complete dry kit just a nozzle, noid, switch, and line?
i was looking at a brand-x a while back and everyone here seemed to back it..

just save yourself the hassle and get the brand-x kit. its what i have and it works great!!! you can get one on ebay for 314 shipped right now... a wet kit
