    Smile

Let me start out by saying hello to all. I found this site off of farmtruc's sig in the LS1Tech forum and I thought that I would check it out. It seems pretty cool and I hope to incease my knowledge about the 5.3L in my truck. I will be looking forward to you all sharing your knowledge with me. My truck is onyx black with neutral leather interior. Current mods are UPD intake (clear smoked) and a SuperChips MAX Micro Tuner. As of right now, I am waiting to save some money so that I can buy an exhaust for my truck by the end of the year.

    Thanks guys for the welcome

farmtruc - I was looking more at an exhaust that consists of a mangaflow x-pipe and two dynomax ultraflow mufflers with turndowns before the axle but thanks for the suggestion. On my last truck (99 Pewter Silverado, 5.3L, 3.42 - NBS) I had a gibson swept side ss exhaust and I liked that one a lot. It wasn't too loud and the power was good, considering the only other thing I had on the truck was a K&N FIPK. But I am hoping to create a little more power out of the truck I have now so I want a more free flowing exhaust. I saw a post by someone else that had the magnaflow cat-back but $500 for an exhaust is a little out of my price range right now. But I won't cancel it out just yet. Another thing is that I haven't gotten any quotes on the setup that I want either so I don't really know how much to save up for.
