Yes, you'll have to replace everything - seats, seals, retainers, locks and springs. All of it comes with the patriot kit. It's not too bad, I used an air compressor to pressurize the cylinder which held the vavles in place - about 100psi. I have a valve spring compressor tool if you want to borrow it, although a donation would be nice too.

I would not push Z06 (that's actually a zero, not a letter O) to .550". Others will dispute but whatever. There is no more work swapping to Ti retainers and different locks and new seals during a spring swap so like Nike used to say JUST DO IT.

Replaced an LY6 intake spring today...collateral damage burned a hole in the TBSS type intake.

PRC dual extremes here... .660lift changing the seats and seals is a must and very easy...i highly recommend them. stay clear of 918s in my opinion

918's here with 581 n 588 lift on xer lobes and working great. I just make sure not to rev the engine when its cold let the springs get to temp before u thrash on it.... No complaints here...

Is it a good idea to go to hardened pushrods at this point, with the heavier spring, or do stockers handle the rate change?

I read somewhere that the pushrods are the weakest link in the valvetrain, 120 for hardend is cheap insurance in my eyes.
