Help Need To Pass Inspection

Ok i have no problem with visual but when they plug in to my obd2 port I get oxygen sensor, oxygen sensor heater, and evaporative system incomplete. what do I need to do in my tune so that they say complete.

delete ur O2s, and i has no clue about the EVAP
